Indirect Loan Processor

Indirect Loan Processor
responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include: Processing and funding all new indirect auto loan and lease packages referred through the indirect lending dealer pipeline. Efficiently opening new accounts, verifying data and documents for accuracy, confirming insurance and employment information, calculating proof of income, and collecting any missing documentation from members and dealers. Reviewing documents for accuracy and ensuring contracts comply with the original loan approval. Contacting dealerships and members for missing documents or information, and communicating any funding delays or contract returns via phone, email, and the MeridianLink software portal in accordance with indirect lending procedures. Creating new loan accounts in MeridianLink and Symitar software. Running Verafin checks on each loan applicant. Required qualifications for the position include :
Minimum of one year of auto loan processing experience with a financial institution. High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent. Knowledge of consumer lending and experience reviewing credit reports (preferred but not required). Preferred qualifications for the position include :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer, Symitar, and MeridianLink. Previous experience working in a credit union environment. Pay Rate : $22.00 an hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
