Adecco US, Inc. is hiring: Accounting assistant in Salt Lake City

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Pay Rate: $25-$30/hour

Duration: Approximately 6 weeks | Starting next week

We're seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to support our Finance/Accounting Department on a short-term basis. This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate in business or accounting to gain valuable hands-on experience.

What You'll Do

• Process daily deposits and ensure proper coding to tenant accounts

• Perform tenant ledger account corrections

• Follow instructions accurately while maintaining attention to detail

• Work independently and ask questions when clarification is needed

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)

• Advanced Excel proficiency

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions

This is a short-term assignment with competitive pay and an excellent chance to build real-world accounting experience.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
