- Job Title: Pediatric Emergency Room Registered Nurse (Travel RN)
- Location: Mesa, Arizona 85202
- Employment Type: Travel Nursing Assignment
- Healthcare Setting: Pediatric Emergency Room (Peds ER)
- Start Date: November 10, 2025
- End Date: February 9, 2026
- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
- Hours per Week: 36
- Shift: 12-hour days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
- On-Call: Schedule determined by facility
- Weekend Schedule: To be determined by facility
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1780 - $1910
- Current and active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license (verification within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years of recent Pediatric Emergency Room nursing experience
- Valid certifications (AHA or American Red Cross):
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
- No Nursys disciplinary actions
- Flu vaccination required (declination available upon request)
- Travel nursing experience preferred
- Must not have an Arizona home address on driver’s license Pediatric Emergency Room RN Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to pediatric patients in the emergency room
- Assess, triage, and manage acute pediatric emergencies and trauma cases
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Accurately document patient care and maintain medical records
- Ensure compliance with hospital, state, and federal healthcare regulations
- Participate in on-call and weekend rotations as scheduled
