• Active RN license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• COVID-19 vaccination (may be required per facility policy)
• Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and communication skills
• EPIC or similar EMR experience preferred
  
  

• Deliver comprehensive care to critically ill patients in an ICU setting
• Monitor vital signs, manage ventilators, and titrate critical drips
• Administer medications and perform advanced interventions as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and physicians
• Respond rapidly to patient deterioration and emergencies
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the EMR
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families
