Rehab Registered Nurse Job Details

• Job Title: Travel Rehab Registered Nurse (RN)
• Location: Bloomfield, New Mexico 87413
• Healthcare Setting: Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility
• Assignment Length: 6 weeks (September 2, 2025 – October 14, 2025)
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (5:00 PM – 5:30 AM)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1210–$1300 per week

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license (New Mexico or compact state)
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in rehabilitation or clinical support roles
• Current BLS certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  
  

Rehab RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a rehab setting
• Monitor patient progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Accurately document patient care and clinical interventions
• Support patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process
• Maintain a safe, positive, and compliant environment for patients and staff
