About the Job:

As a Hub banker, you will help customers improve their financial lives by leveraging knowledge of our products and services, including our full suite of digital offerings. You will play a critical role in issue resolution and represent the voice of the bank for many customers.

Perks include a hybrid schedule after training (three days in the office and two days at home). You will be eligible for monthly incentives. Successful bankers may be promoted within the department, resulting in higher pay, deeper knowledge, and greater impact.

Working Arrangements:

This is a hybrid opportunity with as few as 3 days in the office per week and up to 2 days from home.

Shifts:

  • Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:30pm, with rotating Saturdays
  • Monday - Friday from 9:30am - 6:00pm, with rotating Saturdays

What You Will Do

  • Answer inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist customers with account information
  • Provide assistance to customers with overdrawn accounts
  • Prepare letters, emails and follow up on all aspects of customer communication
  • Provide service for online banking, mobile banking, and bill pay needs
  • Support new accounts opened online
  • Process stop-payments, card disputes and fax requests
  • Provide clerical support for reports and account monitoring
  • Escalate issues as needed
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or related; Associate degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfortable with new technologies and processes
  • Branch and/or Customer Service experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Rotating shifts; ability to work various schedules, including late hours and 1-2 Saturdays per month
