Cerner Registered Nurse Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications (American Red Cross or American Heart Association only) NRP and Fetal Monitoring certifications preferred (must obtain within 6 months if not current) Ability to float to Nursery and Postpartum units as needed Travel nurses must reside more than 50 miles from the Clarksville facility Labor & Delivery RN Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive nursing care during antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal phases Apply critical thinking and clinical judgment to ensure safe, quality patient care Maintain nursing competencies through ongoing education and training Delegate patient care tasks based on staff education and experience Supervise and direct assigned healthcare personnel in patient care delivery Float to Nursery and Postpartum units as required
