Occupational Therapist – PreK–12th (FMLA Coverage) Location: Gages Lake, IL Grade Levels: PreK–12th Start Date: ASAP – October 22, 2025 (FMLA Coverage) Schedule: Full-Time | 35 hours/week | 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM Salary Range: $46–$58/hour, based on experience About the Opportunity
AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide short-term school-based coverage during a maternity leave in Gages Lake, IL. In this onsite role, you’ll work with students from PreK through 12th grade, including those in specialized Autism programs. With office space provided and strong collaboration from the school team, you’ll be set up for success while making a meaningful impact in students’ lives. What You’ll Do
Deliver school-based occupational therapy services to PreK–12th grade students Support both general education and specialized Autism classrooms Collaborate closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain IEP compliance Provide strategies and interventions that promote student independence and success Caseload Details
PreK–12th grade student population Services include both general and specialized classroom settings Students in Autism programs included in caseload Onsite role with dedicated office space provided Qualifications
Active Illinois Occupational Therapy License (IDFPR) Experience with school-aged populations preferred Strong collaboration, flexibility, and communication skills Why Join AnthroMed Education?
