Recruiter Location: Buffalo Grove, Il Hire Type: Overview: Title: Technical Recruiter / Sourcer – Contract to Hire Location: Buffalo Grove, IL (Onsite Monday–Thursday, non-negotiable)
Type: Contract-to-Hire (6–9 months)
Pay Range: $39–41/hr

You’ll join a fast-expanding, cutting-edge manufacturing organization that is scaling up its footprint in high-precision, technical production—especially in medical manufacturing and related industries. Growth is fueling demand for a larger recruiting engine, and we need someone who doesn’t just wait for candidates—but actively hunts them down. Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source, engage, and pipeline candidates for roles across the manufacturing spectrum: technicians, quality inspectors, engineers, industrial labor, and management. Seamlessly partner with hiring teams to understand technical requirements and candidate profiles. Conduct screening calls, full candidate qualification, and hand off for further interviewing. Maintain and manage metrics (pipeline health, conversion rates, etc.). Work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment where speed and quality matter equally.
Must-Haves / Required Experience:
Demonstrated success as a headhunter / sourcer rather than passive recruiter. Hands-on experience recruiting for manufacturing / technical roles (medical manufacturing a plus). Ability to deliver in a high-demand, high-output culture.
Nice to Have:
Existing network in the local manufacturing / medical device community. Familiarity with tools and platforms for sourcing niche technical talent.
