OVERVIEW OF THE HR MANAGER ROLE:
Lead recruitment and onboarding to attract and retain top talent. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with state and federal laws. Partner with leadership to design and implement training and development programs. Oversee performance management and provide guidance to managers and staff. Act as the primary resource for employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives. Develop strategies to improve employee satisfaction and organizational culture. Supervise a Training & Development Coordinator. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE HR MANAGER:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. 5-7 years of HR experience (non-profit or mission-driven experience a plus). Master's degree and/or HR certification (preferred). Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law. Experience with HRIS systems. Id: EB-2776421479
