About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP for Digital Commerce in Mobile and Online Banking. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the end-to-end roadmap and strategy to drive digital commerce growth for existing customers. This includes managing the cross-sell and merchandising strategy across various product lines. The role demands a high level of client-centricity, with a focus on creating a high-tech, high-touch experience that fosters client engagement and loyalty. The VP will be expected to lead initiatives in offer placement, merchandising strategy, and data-driven performance marketing, as well as to evaluate and implement personalization strategies. Applicants should have 6-10 years' of experience in e-commerce, with a strong preference for those who have led digital sales transformation. The role requires a deep understanding of digital sales and revenue drivers, marketing performance insights, and analytics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving innovation through digital experiences and be adept at leveraging research and data-driven insights to improve user experiences. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. The VP will also be responsible for managing external partners and ensuring that all business decisions are made with a strong consideration for risk and compliance.
