Position Overview As the Front Office Coordinator, you will create a welcoming environment, manage appointments, maintain patient records, provide administrative support, and ensure accurate handling of patient payments and insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities Patient Reception:

Warmly greet patients and serve as the first point of contact in a professional, friendly manner.

Appointment Scheduling:

Manage bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling to maintain an efficient daily schedule.

Communication:

Respond to patient inquiries in person and over the phone, ensuring clear, supportive, and professional communication.

Documentation:

Accurately maintain patient records and uphold confidentiality in line with healthcare regulations.

Office Organization:

Keep the front office tidy and organized, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere for patients.

Administrative Support:

Assist providers with tasks such as filing, data entry, and supply management.

Billing & Insurance Processing:

Manage Explanation of Benefits (EOB) follow-ups, submit information to insurance carriers, and collect/record patient payments.

Requirements Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.

Proficiency with office software and scheduling systems.

Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role preferred.

Familiarity with medical billing and insurance processes a plus.
