High Level Banquet Server

Northern Scottsdale Job Type : Contract/ Seasonal - Looking for specific availability for an event on Friday October 17th and available for in person training Monday October 13th (time TBD) Compensation:
$30/hour. Flat rate for pre shift training. Cloth & Flame creates temporary venues and culinary experiences wherever they can be imagined while working to conserve land by paying our partner properties for low-impact use. Our events combine great food and unexpected locations with immersive programming to foster collisions in a new way. High-Level Server
with a strong background in fine dining and high-end event service. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of elevated hospitality, a polished and professional demeanor, and the ability to anticipate the needs of discerning guests. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver impeccable table service in a formal setting, including plated, coursed, and cocktail-style service Maintain a refined presence and composure in high-pressure, high-profile environments Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally Collaborate with event coordinators, chefs, and other service staff to ensure seamless event execution Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and discretion Provide knowledgeable guidance on menu offerings, wine pairings, and specialty cocktails when applicable Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a server in fine dining or luxury event settings Strong knowledge of food, wine, and upscale service etiquette Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times Excellent communication and teamwork skills Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and reliable Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with VIP clients, celebrities, or ultra-high-net-worth individuals Familiarity with formal service styles (e.g., French, Russian, butlered, etc.) Fine dining or hospitality training/certifications a plus To Apply: Please submit your resume along with a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience.
