Job Responsibilities Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and establish personalized therapy strategies aimed at meeting their functional achievements Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Utilize proven methodologies to improve patients' physical abilities, mental clarity, and daily activities Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive care Educate Patients and Caregivers: Empower patients and their families with knowledge on therapy methods to foster continual improvement at home Assess and Document Progress: Monitor clinical results and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on track Education Requirements

Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy degree program Encouragement and support for further education or post-graduate certifications Licenses and Certifications

Active license as an

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) NBCOT

(National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required Preferred Skills
