Role Overview

We’re seeking an entry-level, high-initiative contractor to support our founder/artist with executive operations and hands-on marketing execution. Ideal for a recent grad or early-career professional who wants real responsibility, portfolio-ready work, and direct mentorship from a working artist.

Scope of Work

Executive Support (≈50%)

  • Calendar and inbox management; meeting prep and follow-ups
  • Organizing files/assets; documenting processes/SOPs
  • Light vendor coordination, scheduling, and occasional onsite logistics
  • Turning founder notes/voice memos into clear action lists

Marketing Execution (≈50%)

  • Build and maintain a weekly content calendar (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook; blog/newsletter)
  • Draft short-form copy; schedule/publish posts; repurpose clips
  • CRM drip campaigns in Go High Level (setup, QA, scheduling, reporting)
  • Market research (prospect lists, vendors, competitor scans, trends & keywords)
  • Maintain clean CRM data; tag/segment; track simple funnel metrics
  • Basic Canva work (thumbnails, reels covers, case-study one-pagers)

What You’ll Bring

  • Early-career (internships or 0–2 years welcome)
  • Strong follow-through, time management, and autonomous work style
  • Social-native writing voice; comfortable posting as a brand/founder
  • Organized, discreet, and able to navigate the intricacies of working directly with an artist
  • Comfortable with Google Sheets basics (filters, pivots, simple charts)

Tools you’ll touch: Google Workspace, Instagram/FB/LinkedIn, Go High Level, Canva (CapCut/Adobe basics a plus).

Nice-to-haves: Photo/video capture, light editing, basic SEO/WordPress, interest in hospitality/design.

Outcomes (First 90 Days)

  • Weekly content calendar shipped; 100% of posts published on schedule
  • 1–2 drip sequences launched; baseline open/click metrics reported weekly
  • Inbox and calendar consistently organized; clear notes & next steps after key meetings
  • Two simple client case studies/one-pagers finalized

Terms

  • Status: Independent contractor (1099). Not an employee; not eligible for benefits.
  • Control of Work: Contractor sets work methods and schedule to meet agreed outcomes; coordination for time-sensitive tasks as needed.
  • Equipment: Contractor provides their own equipment and workspace.
