This position is located at Hillcrest Hospital, a Magnet-recognized facility known for its family-centered maternity care. As an RN, you will provide direct patient care, implement care plans, monitor patient conditions, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and assist with discharge planning. The role requires empathy, understanding, and nurturing qualities.

Position Details:

• Work PRN (as needed) nights from 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school
• Current RN license in Ohio
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)
• At least 2 years of recent nursing experience (external candidates)
• Internal candidates with less than 2 years but on post-orientation/90-day probation may be considered

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Physical requirements include the ability to handle physical demands of the job, work under stressful conditions, and follow safety protocols with PPE. Compensation details are discussed during the hiring process.
