About the Role
Harry is seeking a Marketing & Creative Strategist — a hybrid thinker who can translate client goals into clear marketing strategies and help bring the big ideas to life across channels. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creative, and client service: part planner, part storyteller, part creative collaborator. You’ll partner with Account Directors, the Creative Director, and our digital/PR teams to ensure that every campaign is grounded in smart strategy and executed with consistency.
This role designed for someone who can confidently lead client conversations, shape messaging and positioning, and collaborate with creative teams to bring concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Partner with Account Directors to understand client business objectives and translate them into integrated marketing strategies.
- Develop campaign positioning, messaging frameworks, and creative briefs.
- Conduct market and audience research to uncover insights that drive strategy.
- Stay ahead of marketing and digital trends (SEO, SEM, social, email, AEO).
Creative Strategy
- Define the “big idea” for campaigns and ensure execution aligns with client objectives.
- Work closely with the Creative Director to guide copy, design, and video storytelling.
- Provide input on tone of voice, key messaging, and channel adaptation.
- Collaborate on video campaigns, from narrative development to storyboarding and script guidance.
- Ensure cross-channel consistency (ads, email, social, PR, landing pages).
Client Partnership
- Present strategy, messaging, and campaign concepts to clients.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing recommendations that align with their goals.
- Support Account Directors in shaping marketing plans and campaign recaps.
Analytics & Optimization
- Partner with the digital/media team to review campaign performance.
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for future campaigns.
- Continuously test and refine messaging, creative, and campaign tactics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- 10+ years’ experience in integrated marketing, brand strategy, or creative strategy (agency experience preferred).
- Proven track record of developing and presenting marketing strategies that drive results.
- Strong storytelling and writing skills; comfortable drafting messaging frameworks and campaign copy.
- Familiarity with creative production (design, video, content).
- Strong analytical ability — able to interpret data and translate into insights.
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tool (eg. Monday, Asana)
- Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut) a plus.
Location: Hybrid role based in Armonk, NY, with occasional travel and evening or weekend work as needed.

Compensation:
- Salary range $110-$120K compensorate with experience
