  • Schedule: 12-hour shifts (8am-8pm weekdays, 8am-4pm weekends), 36/40 hour week rotation: Week 1 (Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday), Week 2 (Monday, Thursday, Friday)

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide autonomous urgent care services to 40+ patients per shift
  • Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with medical assistant and front desk staff to ensure efficient patient flow
  • Complete required documentation using Epic EMR
  • Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and state regulations
  • Hold and maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA credentials
  • Obtain and maintain DOT certification if not already held

Additional Information
  • Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in North Carolina
  • Minimum one year of urgent care or emergency room experience required
  • Must be able to work independently and manage a high patient volume
  • New graduates will not be considered
