Expect your days to include:* **Owning the full recruiting lifecycle** — from sourcing and screening to making recommendations and celebrating great hires.* **Partnering with hiring managers** as a consultant and coach to ensure we’re making the best decisions and providing the best candidate experience.* **Building talent pipelines** by networking, sourcing creatively, and leveraging tools like LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and community events.* **Crafting an exceptional candidate experience** — guiding applicants through the process with respect, transparency, and professionalism.* **Driving strategy** by developing new and innovative ways to attract top talent across a wide variety of roles.* **Being a brand ambassador** — sharing the Logan Health story in ways that inspire candidates to join our mission.### **What Makes You a Great Fit**You don’t just “do recruiting” — you live it! You’re excited by the challenge of finding the right fit and love the thrill of connecting people with opportunities. You’ll succeed in this role if you bring:* **Education/Experience:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field ***OR*** at least 2 years of relevant work experience (administrative support, sales, marketing, customer service).

+ Previous recruiting and/or project management experience preferred.

+ HR certification is a plus.* **Skills & Attributes:**

+ Excellent communicator — both written and verbal.

+ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.

+ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with professionalism and diplomacy.

+ Tech savvy — comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, applicant tracking systems, and eager to learn new tools.

+ Not afraid to jump into new projects, take on or lead initiatives that make processes better, and improve outcomes.
