$120,000 - $130,000 Overview: We are seeking an
Plant Controller
to support financial analysis, reporting, and compliance for a growing manufacturing segment. This role partners with the Segment Controller and leadership team to drive financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily financial analysis to support
Manufacturing, Operations, and Management decisions . Assist with
monthly close, journal entries, and preparation of financial statements
in compliance with regulatory and accounting standards. Review and analyze
balance sheet, P&L, variances, and cost models
to ensure accuracy and provide insights. Partner with leadership on
budgeting, forecasting, and financial reviews
with corporate finance. Ensure compliance with
internal controls and SOX requirements
through testing and reporting. Support
process improvements
in cost management, discretionary spend, and manufacturing efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. Minimum 5 years of progressive
financial analyst or accounting experience . Strong experience in
manufacturing finance, cost accounting, and variance analysis . Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP/database systems. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to partner effectively across functions
