AP Specialist
Responsibilities: • AP Specialist will be responsible for vendor creation and set up • AP Specialist will post journal entries • AP Specialist will be responsible for full cycle AP processing - reviewing expense reimbursements for staff/non staff and vendor invoices. o AP Specialist will be reviewing receipts/confirming valid and pushing through for expenses o Volume: Typically, 50-75 invoices/week. Busiest period is: 100 invoices/week per person. • AP Specialist will complete GL coding • AP Specialist will complete ad hoc tasks and projects as requested
Requirements: • 3-5+ years AP experience • Degree is a plus but not required • Intermediate Excel - pivot tables, sorting large amounts of data, basic formulas • Business Central software experience OR experience using another large ERP system • Previous nonprofit experience is a plus but NOT required

Salary:
$55,000 - $60,000
