You’ll own the Accounts Receivable process and directly support month-end close, ensuring accuracy and smooth financial operations. Onsite Tinley Park, IL Benefits & Extras Collaborative and supportive team environment Opportunity to step into an impactful role with immediate visibility Exposure to a variety of accounting functions beyond AR Strong cross-department interaction with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance Immediate start available for candidates ready to jump in Compensation $70,000 – $80,000 DOE What You’ll Be Doing Manage Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, collections, and payment applications Prepare and distribute statements while resolving billing discrepancies and customer inquiries Maintain accurate aging reports and provide management with timely updates Process Manufacturer’s Statement of Origins in compliance with regulations Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and reports to support month-end close Assist with variance analysis and internal/external audits Support process improvement and other accounting functions as needed What You’ll Need to be Considered 4 years of accounting experience 2+ years of accounts receivable Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field ERP system experience How To Apply We’d love to see your resume, but we don’t need it to have a conversation.
