Senior Accountant / Staff Accountant

Compensation

• $60,000 - $70,000, depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare and import journal entries.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end close and analyze financial statements under GAAP.
• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
• Prepare documentation for audits and compliance requests.
• Manage annual tax and business license filings.
• Provide backup for accounts receivable cash posting and assist on special projects.

What You'll Need to be Considered

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• CPA is a strong plus.
• Manufacturing or cost accounting background.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
