Job Duties and Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Visit customers' homes to troubleshoot and introduce them to smart home technology.
Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes.
Educate customers on how to use their technology and offer additional services when appropriate.
Maintain a clean work area and uphold a professional attitude while working independently yet collaboratively with the team.
