What Youll Do

As a QC Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring products meet strict quality standards before they go out the door. Your day-to-day will include:

• Inspecting wiring and hardware assemblies for accuracy and compliance
• Reading and interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings
• Performing hands-on inspections of wire routes, terminations, labeling, torque, and mechanical fit
• Verifying correct build quality and documentation for production sign-off
• Working closely with production teams to address quality issues in real-time

The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail and thrives in a hands-on environment. You should be able to work independently, follow documentation closely, and take pride in doing things right the first time.

• Previous experience in electronics or hardware assembly
• Technicians with PCB board or electrical wiring experience
• Maintenance techs with inspection experience in a manufacturing setting
