Lead Technical Recruiter/Sales Executive
Title: Technical Recruiter – Full Cycle / Project Based (Contract to Hire)
Pay Range: $41–43/hr

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle recruitment—sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating—for roles including technicians, engineers, industrial management, quality, and general labor.
- Drive multiple concurrent projects with urgency and focus.
- Build talent pipelines and proactively engage passive candidates.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships with hiring leaders and business units.
- Track metrics and continuously refine recruiting workflows.
Must-Haves / Required Experience:
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing / industrial / power / utility environments.
- Ability to work under pressure, with high urgency, and drive deliverables quickly.
Nice to Have:
- Existing local network in Dallas-area industrial / manufacturing / utility sectors.
- Connections to technical schools, associations, trade groups, or community colleges.
