Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for candidates across Engineering, Data Analytics, Product, and Design teams
• Create an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Negotiate offers and ensure a high close rate with strong quality of hire
• Validate both behavioral and technical competencies within the company's technological framework
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and improve recruitment processes

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of technical recruitment experience in Engineering, Product, Design, or Data
• Strong ability to adapt in a high-growth startup environment
• Proven track record in developing innovative recruitment strategies
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and technical sourcing platforms
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS
• Knowledge of integrated scheduling platforms such as Good Time or Calendly
• Experience in a high-growth startup setting
• A passion for technology and its applications in recruitment
