Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling and logistics for interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to maintain alignment in hiring processes
  • Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidates for alignment with role requirements and company culture
  • Assist in building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline through various sourcing methods
  • Support onboarding programs to ensure new hires feel welcomed and connected to the company’s mission and values

Qualifications

  • Experience using Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter for managing and sourcing candidates
  • Proven experience recruiting for entry- and junior-level roles
  • Experience working directly with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and processes
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in recruiting coordination and talent acquisition within a technology company
  • Familiarity with employer branding and candidate engagement strategies
  • Ability to analyze data insights to improve recruiting and onboarding processes
  • Experience in developing initiatives that promote company culture and employee engagement
