Overview
Compensation: $25/hr Job Overview — HR Advisor — 33842 We’re seeking an experienced HR Advisor to serve as the primary point of contact for Associates and Managers with questions about HR policies, procedures, and programs. In this role, you’ll provide guidance on employee relations, investigate concerns, and partner with Payroll and Benefits teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Respond to Associate and Manager inquiries on HR policies, disciplinary guidelines, performance management, and benefits.
- Provide managers with guidance on complex employee relations issues.
- Investigate and resolve complaints related to working conditions, disciplinary actions, or compensation matters.
- Partner with Payroll and Benefits Help Desks to resolve escalated cases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR practices.
- Assist with Spanish to English translation of HR documentation as needed.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of HR Representative or Generalist experience, preferably in a large organization.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and case management.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Proficiency in HR systems such as SAP, case management tools, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple cases, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Sherpa Benefits
