Responsibilities

  • Direct all HR functions including recruitment, training, safety, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Partner with HR leadership and corporate stakeholders to implement company-wide initiatives in compensation, benefits, wellness, and talent development.
  • Support the creation and ongoing refinement of safety policies; participate in investigations of accidents and incidents.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute long-term HR and safety programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee policy development, compliance, and regulatory reporting across HR, IT, and security functions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop HR staff while driving continuous process improvements and enhancing performance reporting.
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve complex HR issues and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • PHR or SPHR certification strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience in industrial or manufacturing settings.
  • Minimum of 4 years in an HR Manager or HR Director role.
  • Expertise in performance management systems and comprehensive training program development.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, safety programs, and benefits administration.
  • Demonstrated employee relations, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to lead organizational change.
