Responsibilities
- Direct all HR functions including recruitment, training, safety, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
- Partner with HR leadership and corporate stakeholders to implement company-wide initiatives in compensation, benefits, wellness, and talent development.
- Support the creation and ongoing refinement of safety policies; participate in investigations of accidents and incidents.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute long-term HR and safety programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee policy development, compliance, and regulatory reporting across HR, IT, and security functions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop HR staff while driving continuous process improvements and enhancing performance reporting.
- Partner cross-functionally to resolve complex HR issues and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
- PHR or SPHR certification strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience in industrial or manufacturing settings.
- Minimum of 4 years in an HR Manager or HR Director role.
- Expertise in performance management systems and comprehensive training program development.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, safety programs, and benefits administration.
- Demonstrated employee relations, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to lead organizational change.
