$120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Direct all HR functions including recruitment, training, safety, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. Partner with HR leadership and corporate stakeholders to implement company-wide initiatives in compensation, benefits, wellness, and talent development. Support the creation and ongoing refinement of safety policies; participate in investigations of accidents and incidents. Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute long-term HR and safety programs aligned with organizational goals. Oversee policy development, compliance, and regulatory reporting across HR, IT, and security functions. Lead, mentor, and develop HR staff while driving continuous process improvements and enhancing performance reporting. Partner cross-functionally to resolve complex HR issues and ensure alignment with business objectives. Qualifications
PHR or SPHR certification strongly preferred. 10+ years of progressive HR experience in industrial or manufacturing settings. Minimum of 4 years in an HR Manager or HR Director role. Expertise in performance management systems and comprehensive training program development. Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, safety programs, and benefits administration. Demonstrated employee relations, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to lead organizational change. Seniority level
