Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries via inbound phone calls, providing accurate information, assistance, and case resolution.
• Manage and document employee data changes, performance reports, and communications.
• Support payroll-related inquiries by understanding timekeeping and payroll processes; escalate or direct cases to Payroll team as needed.
• Process tuition reimbursement requests, employee verifications, policy acknowledgments, and compliance-related tasks.
• Provide guidance to employees and HR teams regarding policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a contact center or customer service environment.
• Prior HR contact center or inbound call/case management experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as SuccessFactors and ServiceNow preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll processes and timekeeping logic; payroll processing experience not required.
