Job Title: HR Contact Center Support Specialist

Location: Hybrid – Tampa, FL (3 days onsite)

Pay Rate: $22.93 hour

Assignment Duration: 09/29/2025 – 12/31/2025 (with potential for extension)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Overview

We are seeking an HR Contact Center Support Specialist to provide employee-facing support with a strong focus on customer service and case management. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve inquiries related to payroll, HR policies, and general employee services.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls and manage employee inquiries through case management systems.
• Provide payroll inquiry support, including directing employees to the appropriate resources.
• Partner with payroll and HR teams to resolve timekeeping and payroll-related issues.
• Process tuition reimbursement requests and handle employee verifications.
• Support employees and HR with policy-related questions and compliance acknowledgments.
• Document employee data changes, performance reports, and communications.
• Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably in customer service or HR support.
• Previous call center/contact center experience with inbound phone calls and case management.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar case management software strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with payroll processes and timekeeping logic (processing knowledge not required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred.
