We’re partnering with an incredible biotech startup in S. San Francisco to find a high-performing Executive Assistant to support their dynamic CEO. This is a hands-on, high-responsibility Executive Assistant position where you'll be the right hand - keeping the CEO grounded, organized, and on-task in a company that’s moving fast. The Role: Executive Assistant to CEO The City: South San Francisco, CA (Onsite) The Money: $100k - $120k Base The Executive: Deeply involved. Direct. Energetic. Confident. The Ideal Candidate: Strong communicator. Passionate. Organized. Proactive. Biotech experience is a plus! The Day to Day: Own and manage calendar, travel, inbox, and Slack - keeping everything moving with precision Triage tasks, follow up with internal and external stakeholders, and draft clear written communication Act as a liaison across teams and help manage special projects and light office management Keep the CEO on track and proactively identify where things are falling through the cracks Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
