ACCOUNTING MANAGER/SENIOR ACCOUNTING MANAGER – Los Angeles, CA, USA (on-site, not hybrid) • Pay Range: $140,000-$160,000 Exempt Position

DailyLook, a subsidiary of Victoria’s Secret & Co. (NYSE: VSCO) since being acquired in December 2022, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager / Senior Accounting Manager to join our accounting team. This role will oversee accounting operations, ensure accounting accuracy, and support strategic financial decision-making. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, strong leadership skills, and management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA required
• At least 6+ years of accounting experience (preferably in Big Four audit)
• At least 3+ years of management experience
• Strong knowledge of SOX 404 compliance & internal controls
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred but not required)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and other financial tools
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Head of Accounting
• Oversee core areas of accounting including Revenue, Inventory, Intercompany transactions, Payroll, AP, and accruals
• Lead month-end close process by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing accounting entries and reconciliations
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other financial regulations
• Partner with Finance to manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Lead audits and coordinate with internal and external auditors
• Implement and improve accounting processes and internal controls
• Supervise and mentor accounting team members
• Collaborate with finance and other teams
• Support special projects, ERP enhancements, internal controls, and ad hoc analyses as requested
