Forklift Operator – Connect Staffing Inc.

Base pay range

$19.00/hr - $19.00/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Must be available on Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience operating a sit-down forklift
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass background check, drug screen, and E-Verify
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Lift up to 40 lbs
• Prior experience in roles such as Material Handler, Warehouse Forklift Operator, Shipping and Receiving, and Freight Handler is a plus

Responsibilities

• Use Bill of Material to supply the indicated material to the production line
• Ensure pallets of finished product are properly wrapped, labeled, and have a barcode label
• Load outbound trailers, ensuring the trailer locking device is used at all times
• Unload incoming materials and verify received quantity matches the bill of lading
• Check and report any damaged raw materials to supervisor
• Ensure packing material is organized, labeled, and wrapped properly by the end of the shift
