Overview
R+L Carriers has an immediate need for Full Time Forklift Operator at our Salt Lake City, UT service center. You will move freight safely in and out of enclosed trailers up to 53’ long on a roofed but non-climate-controlled dock.
Responsibilities
- Move freight safely in and out of enclosed trailers using a forklift
- Read manifests and interact with computer displays
- Work in a fast-paced environment with dependable attendance
Qualifications
- Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty
- Ability to read manifests
- Ability to read/interact with a computer display
- Forklift experience
- Must be dependable and able to work in a fast pace environment
Preferred
- Previous forklift experience in a fast-paced environment
- Some LTL experience
