Position: Forklift Operator (Permanent Full Time) in Frankfort, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Responsible for accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle day-to-day warehouse paperwork (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during production hours.
• Perform duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work within a diverse environment and maintain professional relationships at all levels.
• Highly thorough, dependable, punctual with good attendance.
• Performs work independently with minimal supervision; takes initiative; accurate under pressure.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods; able to work flexible shifts.
• Safety-conscious; able to work using health and safety methods.

Benefits & Schedule

• Warehouse positions pay weekly.
• Hourly pay $19.00 per hour; overtime $28.50 per hour.
• Additional pay: $1.50 per hour on D Shift.
• Schedule: D Shift Friday, Saturday and Sunday 5:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
