We’re looking for a driven and hospitality-focused General Manager to lead one of our premier locations.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading daily operations to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Hiring, training, coaching, and retaining top team members and managers.
- Driving sales and profitability through various management strategies.
- Maintaining an upscale, organized environment aligned with brand standards.
- Overseeing scheduling, inventory, and vendor relations.
- Resolving guest concerns professionally to foster loyalty.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies.
- Collaborating with culinary teams to meet food quality standards.
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of GM experience in upscale or polished casual dining.
- Proven leadership, team development, and P&L management skills.
- Strong operational and guest service knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with POS and management systems.
- ServSafe and alcohol certifications preferred.
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
