Position: Warehouse Associate

Location: USA Sierra Store 0043, Burlington, VT

Starting pay: $16.00 to $16.50 per hour (actual starting pay determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for processing and flowing merchandise from start to finish
• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs
• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and handle cash according to procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor
• Assist with store recovery and cleanliness goals
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment
• Support shrink reduction programs and other duties as assigned

Who We’re Looking For

• Possesses excellent customer service skills
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors
• Retail customer experience preferred
