Responsibilities

• Knowledge with accounts payable
• Interfacing with vendors, subcontractors, and owners from the onset of contract documents
• Maintain and organize hard and soft copy project files

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years of experience in the accounting field
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
• Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
• Detail- and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Experience in the Construction Field is a plus
• Must live within 20 miles of Hicksville
