Overview

Accountant role for KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting with a client in the Franklin County area. This position provides support across a variety of accounting functions including journal entries, payroll support, asset management, and audit preparation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries and reconciliations
• Assist with payroll processing and compliance
• Maintain asset schedules and depreciation records
• Support audit preparation and annual close activities
• Contribute to budgeting and reporting processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 1+ years of accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills; ERP system experience
• Knowledge of GAAP and solid analytical skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
