Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations within our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for supervising accounting staff, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining cost accounting records, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support accounting team members in daily tasks
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processes
• Maintain and analyze cost accounting data, including inventory and production costs
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and external regulations
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting principles
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred
