We are seeking a Journeyman PC Technician to join our team in support of the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). This position is based in Colorado Springs, CO.

As a PC Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring and resolving software issues, supporting end users, troubleshooting hardware/network problems, and ensuring smooth IT operations for mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to software issues, escalate as required.
• Provide desktop and laptop PC support, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Install and configure applications and operating systems.
• Perform equipment replacement and data migration.
• Ensure service levels and escalation protocols are met.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field + 3–5 years relevant experience.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance (with eligibility for additional caveats).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
