Job Title: Journeyman PC / IT Support Technician

Employment Type: Full-Time

Clearance: Top Secret/SCI required

About the Role:

We are seeking a Journeyman PC / IT Support Technician to support the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) in Colorado Springs, CO. You will provide expert technical support, troubleshoot PC and network issues, and maintain secure IT systems in a high-performing team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site PC and IT support, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support teams per service level agreements.
• Assist with LAN/server support and data migration during equipment refreshes.
• Log, validate, and diagnose customer issues accurately.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field.
• 3–5 years of relevant IT/PC support experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for DoD Top Secret clearance with additional caveats.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in collaborative, team-oriented environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and solve problems innovatively.
