Key Skills Required
- SALES: Ability to close over 50% of leads.
- LEADERSHIP: Be a proactive leader, hold regular meetings, and lead your team to growth.
- FINANCE: Manage the facility P&L, review budgets monthly.

The General Manager must provide a world-class experience to every visitor, including professional athletes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key contact for members, focusing on customer experience.
- Assist with member check-ins, memberships, payments, sales, and events.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree
- 3+ years management experience
- Proven sales ability
- Knowledge of gym and retail operations
- Energetic, positive attitude
- Committed to being the first in and last out
Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000 per year.
D1 Training is rapidly growing with over 80 facilities and more in development. We focus on strategic, science-backed training to help athletes and adults reach their goals.
