Key Skills Required For the Position:
- SALES: Ability to walk in on day one and close over 50% of leads.
- LEADERSHIP: Be a proactive leader, hold weekly 1-on-1 and staff meetings, hold staff accountable, and lead your team to business growth. Must be confident and capable of handling pressure.
- FINANCE: Meet with ownership monthly to review budget vs. actuals, line by line.

Responsibilities
Serve as a key point of contact for members, focusing on delivering the D1 customer experience. Duties include:
- Assisting with member progress check-ins
- Setting up new memberships in the POS system
- Collecting and processing payments
- Providing front desk sales and information
- Assisting with special events
- Managing all sales
Qualifications
- Associate Degree
- 3 years of management experience
- Ability to out-sell anyone and a love for sales
- Knowledge of gym and retail operations
- Positive, energetic personality with a “can do” attitude
- Be the first to arrive and the last to leave
