What You'll Be Doing Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on crushing, screening, and conveying equipment Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective repairs to minimize downtime Weld, fabricate, and assemble components as needed for plant operations Inspect equipment regularly to ensure safe and efficient functionality Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement and safety initiatives
What Are We Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair industrial equipment Familiarity with welding, cutting, and fabrication tools and techniques Commitment to working safely and following all safety procedures Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a team-oriented environment
Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
