What You'll Be Doing Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and machinery Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency Weld, fabricate, and assemble components as needed for plant operations Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections Collaborate with plant leadership to support safety and production goals
What Are We Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment Proficiency in welding, cutting, and fabrication techniques Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems Commitment to safety protocols and continuous improvement Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
