Job Title: Phlebotomist
Job Description
We are seeking skilled phlebotomists to draw patients' blood and perform specimen processing in a doctor's office setting. This role is crucial for the collection and receipt of biological specimens, their proper entry into the computer system, and preparation for analytical testing or distribution to the appropriate area. You will be responsible for both pre and post aspects of analytical testing and may also perform specific analytical tests as assigned.
Responsibilities
Draw patients' blood and handle specimen processing.
Collect and receive biological specimens into the department.
Enter specimen data accurately into the computer system.
Prepare samples for analytical testing and ensure proper distribution.
Follow the guidelines of the Code of Conduct.
Perform specified analytical testing as assigned.
Essential Skills
2-3 years of prior phlebotomy experience required
Proficiency in blood draw and specimen processing.
Comfortable working independently.
GED or High School Diploma required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in laboratory and patient care.
Familiarity with specimen collection and processing.
Work Environment
The position is based in a doctor's office located in Chandler, AZ, working closely with physicians and medical assistants. The work hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 1pm. The company offers growth opportunities and promotes from within, with a career ladder available after six months for advancement to Phlebotomy Technician 2 and a potential 4% pay increase.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.36/hr.
